Tabor Construction & Development is a second generation family owned business that specializes in multifamily condominium, custom residential, and commercial construction, as well as land planning consulting and general construction management. Established in 1989 by Larry S. Tabor, TCD has successfully developed communities throughout Northern and Eastern Mississippi, including the areas of Starkville, Oxford and Tupelo.

Mr. Tabor believed that quality is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, skillful execution and much hard work. Today, his son, Jeremy, is President of TCD, and his visions for the future are keeping Tabor Construction & Development ahead of the competition. We feel that the success of our company is due to our meticulous attention to detail and superior customer satisfaction.

Larry Tabor - Founder

Larry Tabor

Larry Tabor, a Louisville, Mississippi native, founded Tabor Construction & Development, together with his wife Marilyn, in 1989. He received his Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy at the University of Mississippi in 1970 and began his career as a Hospital Pharmacist and Nursing Home Administrator, devoting over 30 years of his professional career to Pharmacy. In 1976, he established Starkville Discount Drugs with his business partner, Dan Curran, and expanded the business into the multi-million dollar Pharmacy that it is today. Under his leadership, TCD has successfully developed communities throughout Northern and Eastern Mississippi and the Alabama Coast.

Today, Mr. Tabor is a full time consultant for Tabor Construction & Development as he continues developing properties and businesses locally. He is a part owner of Buffalo Wild Wings, Starkville and most recently has developed the University Club Condominiums, a complete renovation of the former University Inn Hotel into a luxury 52 unit condominium development. Larry and his wife, the former Marilyn Brantley, are at home in Starkville where they are members of First Methodist Church, the Starkville Country Club, the MSU Bulldog Club, and Charter Members of Old Waverly Golf Club. They are the proud grandparents of five grandchildren, Powell, Elizabeth Claire, Watts, Barrett, and Maggie. When away from the office, Larry Tabor enjoys duck hunting and golf with his family and friends.

Jeremy Tabor - President & CEO     CPB

Jeremy Tabor

Jeremy Tabor, President of Tabor Construction & Development, joined his father in business in 1999, after spending ten years in the retail investment industry, including four years as Regional Vice-President for BancorpSouth. He is a 1991 graduate of the Mississippi State University College of Business and Industry. Since joining the family business, Jeremy has never looked back. For Jeremy, the industry offers many rewarding aspects including active design, project management and the transformation from raw land into a successful development. Under his leadership, Tabor Construction & Development has reached new heights, expanding the company's services into both commercial and consulting facets of the industry.

Jeremy and his wife, the former Amy Powell, reside in West Point with their three children, Powell, Elizabeth Claire, and Barrett. They are members of the Church of the Incarnation. Amy and Jeremy have endowed the Tabor Construction & Development Team Room in Mississippi State's newly expanded College of Business and Industry complex.

Jeremy is currently serving as the Chairman of Responsible Development Starkville, the incoming president of the Starkville Main Street Association, an active Board Member of both the City of Starkville Comprehensive Planning Committee and the MSU Finance and Economics Advisory Board, as well as a member of the Mississippi Home Builders Association, the Society of Historic Preservation, the National Society of Historic Preservation, Duck's Unlimited and Mississippi Wildlife. Jeremy is also a Certified Professional Builder through the Mississippi Housing Institute. His hobbies include bow hunting, fishing and coaching his children's athletic teams, including the Mississippi Longhorns, who took home the USSSA 12U State Championship title this past year.

Kay Regimbal - Vice President of Development

Kay Regimbal

Kay Kennedy Regimbal, originally from Bay St. Louis, has worked with Tabor Construction & Development since 2003, in both the Oxford and Starkville, Mississippi markets.  She has been the company's Development Manager since 2007, overseeing several aspects of the company's growth and development.  Kay works directly with clients, customers, realtors, lenders and attorneys to ensure the successful development and sales of all TCD projects.  She is responsible for market research, coordination and compliance with all city and local government regulations, coordination with the Project Manager and Subcontractors in the field, as well as finish selections and maintaining client relations.  She received her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Business in 1998, and has been a licensed Realtor ® since 2001. Kay and her husband, Martin, reside in Columbus with their two children, Thompson and Kennedy.

Carley Montgomery - Controller

Carley Montgomery

Carley Montgomery, a Starkville native, joined Tabor Construction & Development in early 2007. Over the past three years as Controller, she has successfully implemented new measures to efficiently track expenses, reconcile invoices and provide accurate job allocation. Carley works closely with the team and often as a liason with the subcontractors, confirming work completed and subsequent payment to subs. Carley received her bachelor's degree from MSU in 2006 and is currently working towards her Masters in Accounting.

Will Wade - Vice President of Construction

Will Wade

Will Wade, Project Manager for Tabor Construction & Development, joined the company nine years ago, while studying at Mississippi State University. Will, while focused on obtaining a job to support college financial obligations, quickly became interested in the family-owned business. He began as a part-time employee, doing any work, wherever necessary. This experience eventually led to a full-time position as Property Manager. However, not wanting to stop there, Will began to learn, understand, and work closely with clients, contractors, and vendors, to excel in his current position as Project Manager/Superintendent.

His leadership, hard work, loyalty and dedication to the company for the last 9 years, has earned many recognitions and awards among other accomplishments for Tabor Construction and Development. Will is a 2004 graduate of Mississippi State University, College of Business and Industry, receiving a Bachelors of Business Administration, followed by receiving a Minor in Banking and Finance. Will supports a primary role in on-site job management, monitoring budget and financial ledgers and participating in crucial executive assessments to each individual project. Will along with his wife Leigh, live in Starkville with their 3 children; twins, Thomas and Taylor, and, Kennedy Corinne.

Heather Hudson - Property Manager

Heather Hudson

A Starkville native and proud alum of both Starkville High School and Mississippi State University, Heather Hudson has years of experience in the real estate industry. Not only has she has worked as a Realtor and a Property Manager in her hometown of Starkville, but has worked in the Nashville, Tennessee market as well. Heather joined Tabor Management as a property manager in 2008 and currently manages 170 residential units, 152 storage units, 2 condominium associations and 1 commercial condominium association. With a wealth of experience in the real estate arena, she also has a sincere love for Starkville, as well as MSU and wants her clients to have a worry-free experience when managing their property or as one of her residents.

Beth Bland - Property Manager

Beth Bland, originally from Pensacola, Florida has made her home in Webster County, Mississippi. She began her Property Management Career in 1984 in West Point, Mississippi. Beth worked in Multi-Family Housing for 14 years and supervised over sixty properties though out four states. After leaving the property management field for 8 years, she returned in 2006 and took a position with Tabor Management. Beth currently manages 137 residential units, 32 commercial units, 286 storage units and 2 condominium associations. Beth is married to Bill Bland and has two children.

Chris Cosper - AIA, Architect

Chris Cosper

Chris Cosper, AIA, is a Mississippi registered architect who holds a national NCARB certificate. With more than fifteen years of design experience, Chris has worked on a wide range of projects, including K-12 school buildings, university projects, commercial projects, and residential projects. His portfolio includes numerous renovation and adaptive re-use projects, including the Marks-Rothenberg Building (Riley Center) in Meridian, the Bowen Hall Renovation for Mississippi State University, the Studios on North Jackson in Starkville, and various phases of Central Station, also in located in Starkville. Chris also served as project architect for the new $2.0 million SED Office Building in downtown Starkville.

A 1994 graduate of the MSU School of Architecture, Chris has taught for his alma mater since 2006. His work on campus includes his serving as the assistant director of the Educational Design Institute, a research and service center dedicated to improving the physical facilities of Mississippi's K-12 schools.

In addition to his work, Chris enjoys hiking, gardening, and reading. He and his wife, Denise, have two boys.

Lyndsey Miller - Allied Member ASID, Interior Designer

Lyndsey Miller

Lyndsey Lamas Miller is an interior designer originally from Biloxi, MS. She holds a B.S. in Interior Design and an M.S. in Architecture, both from Mississippi State University. Lyndsey works on a wide range of projects, both domestic and international. As a designer at tvsdesign in Atlanta, Georgia, she was part of a team that designed large scale retail facilities in India, Chile, and Dubai. In 2006, Lyndsey returned to Starkville to complete her advanced degree. In Starkville, she has developed a diverse portfolio. While working with a Biloxi architect, she designed both interior and exterior for several buildings including five Head Start schools, a community center, and a medical complex, all located along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

In 2008, Lyndsey joined the faculty of the Interior Design Program at Mississippi State University. Concurrently, she has worked closely with Tabor Construction and Development designing various phases of Central Station in Starkville, including the interior build-out of Boardtown Bikes and the Lofts, as well as the renovation of the University Club. Lyndsey has a wide range of expertise including interior and exterior planning, design development, and computer-generated visualization, valuable skills that can be used for client presentation as well as marketing.

In addition to design related work, Lyndsey teaches dance classes in Columbus, MS. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, drawing, doing craft projects, and leisure time with her family, including her four dogs. Lyndsey is enthusiastic about the growth and development of Starkville, a place that she, her husband Dalton, and one year old daughter Quinn call home.

Melissa Dixon - Blufish Design Studio

Melissa Dixon

Melissa Buford Dixon, a Vicksburg native, has been an artist since she was a little girl playing with paints and crayons. Her love of art led her to a BFA with an emphasis in Graphic Design at Mississippi State University in 2000. She joined Blufish Design in Tempe, Arizona as a designer in 2002 while her husband pursued a PhD at Arizona State University. Melissa developed marketing campaigns for several large homebuilders and managed accounts for these builders in markets such as Phoenix, Denver, and Dallas. In 2005, Melissa opened a branch of Blufish in Starkville and over the years has been awarded multiple honors including six GDUSA American Graphic Design Awards, the Public Relations Association of Mississippi's Award of Excellence, and Oktibbeha County's Top 40 Under 40. The company continues to grow each year, and its services range from branding and printed pieces to websites and social media marketing.

When she's not at their hip new office at Central Station, Melissa enjoys cheering on the MSU Bulldogs with her husband Grady and their two kids, Delia and Brooks.

Jason W. Pepper - Pepper Surveying and Mapping, LLC

Jason Pepper

Jason W. Pepper, P.L.S. is a licensed surveyor in Mississippi and Alabama. His experience includes more than eighteen years of boundary surveying, topographic mapping, drafting and construction staking. Jason has performed surveys on various projects, from small single family lots and subdivision developments to highway projects and large commercial developments. His resume' includes numerous grade school projects, university projects, mall developments, commercial and residential subdivisions, landfills, hydraulic surveys, apartment developments and condominiums.

Jason also serves on the board of the Mississippi Association of Professional Surveyors, the Advisory Committee for the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering at Mississippi State University and the Curriculum Committee for the Drafting and Design Technology Department at East Mississippi Community College. He has also consulted with the Mississippi House of Representatives on surveying law and served as lecturer at Mississippi State University for six years.

Anthony S. McCrory, ASLA, CSI, CDT, LEED AP - McCrory & Associates, LLC

Anthony "Andy" McCrory is a registered Landscape Architect. With over 19 years of professional experience, Andy has worked on a wide array of projects from commercial, residential development, institutional, and estate planning.

As a land planning consultant, Andy's goal has been to be a good steward of both the natural and built environment. Whether producing land use plans for growing cities or communities or construction documents for an individual's residence, McCrory & Associates, LLC endeavors to create distinct and meaningful places.

Through site design and concept studies, Andy is able to assist clients in the early stages of program development. Through site planning, detailing, and relationships with municipalities and consultants, he is able to produce thorough design documents. Through marking and construction observation, he is able to help client's vision become reality.
